DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT:

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time a booking is made by Hamill Travel Services, Inc. and Travel Adventures In Golf, Inc. in order to hold hotel rooms, tee times, and transportation on the client's behalf. The balance of the total trip cost is due 60 days prior to departure and the final cost of the tour is not guaranteed until payment in full has been received. Note: Late payment may jeopardize confirmed arrangements at hotels and golf courses, as these are normally conditional upon receipt of payments by specified dates. Receipt by Hamill Travel Services, Inc. or Travel Adventures In Golf, Inc. of the client's deposit will denote the acceptance by the client and his party of these terms and conditions. Adventures In Golf is the trading name for Hamill Travel Services, Inc. and Travel Adventures In Golf, Inc.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUND POLICY*:

Should the company cancel any trip, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. If the client cancels the trip, they must do so in writing, and the following terms shall apply to each member of the party based on the number of days before arrival at destination: Land Arrangements: 60 days or more >the full trip deposit will be forfeited (i.e. non-refundable) 59-41 days >deposit lost + 50% of trip cost balance 40 days or less >no refunds, client liable for full trip cost In cases where partial cancellations or curtailments of a trip occur, the above terms shall apply to the portion of the trip, which is cancelled. *TERMS & CONDITIONS, in their entirety, are located on the reverse side of this page or have been attached.

Adventures In Golf (hereinafter referred to as, “TAIG”) is the trading name for Hamill Travel Services, Inc. and Travel Adventures In Golf, Inc. CHANGES

We reserve the right to administer a charge of $35.00 per person per change, for any changes requested by the client (or agent) after deposit has been received and confirmation issued. Changes cannot be made within 60 days of travel without TAIG's prior written consent. The client may be asked to authorize in writing revised cost quotations based upon these terms.

CANCELLATIONS:

Should TAIG cancel any trip, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. If the client cancels the whole trip, they must do so in writing and the following terms shall apply to each member of the party: Land Arrangements: 60 days or more before arrival at destination, the full trip deposit will be forfeited; 59-41 days before arrival at destination, the deposit will be forfeited and the client will be liable for a charge of 50% of the remaining balance of the trip cost; 40 days or less before arrival at destination, no refunds will be given and the client will be liable for the full cost of the trip. In cases where partial cancellations or curtailments of a trip occur, at the client’s request, the above terms shall apply to the portion of the trip, which is cancelled. Air Travel: Applicable penalties for the specific airline(s) concerned will apply.

TOUR CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

We recommend cancellation insurance to help protect you against unforeseeable emergencies or events.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE:

In endeavoring to make arrangements with various persons, firms, and corporations for the services and accommodations described in our literature, TAIG, a New Hampshire corporation, acts only as an agent for participants in a trip and, as such, the agent shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, cost, injury, expense or damage to persons or property which result directly or indirectly from any act, whether negligent or otherwise of commission or omission (including but not limited to delays), or any person, firm or corporation which is to, shall or does provide products or services in connection with the trip, including but not limited to: transportation services (whether by land, sea, or air), lodging, food, recreation, beverage, entertainment, sightseeing, luggage-handling, or tour guiding or escort services. The agent reserves the right in its discretion to change any part of the itinerary, the carrier or the airline utilized, without notice and for any reason. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchasers or these tours and/or passengers.

PLEASE NOTE:

Hotels, golf courses, and transportation listed on TAIG’s proposals are subject to availability and their applicable costs are based upon published market rates, at the time of the quote/booking. Should hotel availability, golf tournament dates/club competitions, or other trip elements necessitate itinerary changes, such changes will be subject to the client’s approval. However, TAIG reserves the right to make changes to confirmed itineraries, without the client’s consent, where these changes have been forced upon by circumstances outside of TAIG’s control. The prices advertised in the price list or quoted to clients are subject to unforeseen price increases such as fuel price rises and currency fluctuations.

DOCUMENTATION:

A valid passport is required for travel to Great Britain, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, or other destinations. On independent tours with a rental vehicle, the driver must be over 25 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. In addition, most countries have laws precluding the rental of vehicles to persons over the age of 70. Note: most golf courses require a valid GHIN/handicap card or letter of introduction at time of booking or upon arrival.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT & GOVERNING LAW:

These terms and conditions, which have been fully incorporated into and referenced in the Booking/Credit Card Authorization Form constitute the entire agreement between the two parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether electronic, oral, or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing. Furthermore, the contract performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Hampshire, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

SEVERABILITY:

These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event any provision is determined unenforceable or invalid, all other provisions shall remain fully enforceable and valid under governing law.
