Harry Colt designed the originally 18 holes in 1922. After nine holes were lost to World War II, Philip Mackenzie Ross re-extended the course to 18 holes with a new back nine. Made up of two loops of nine, driving is the key to scoring well. If you find the fairway off the tee, a good round may be in store.
