No. 4

A local favorite, Pinehurst No. 4 course runs adjacent to the famed No. 2 course, but is distinctively different. The layout combines vintage Donald Ross styling’s with modern Tom Fazio imagination. Many holes have crowned greens, much like No. 2, and the course has a staggering 188 sand hazards!

The signature hotel at Pinehurst, with its signature copper cupola and sweeping verandas. This four-star historic upscale hotel offers an elegant restaurant as well as a casual lounge offering American cuisine. A full fitness center and spa are adjacent to the Carolina.
Built in 1895, the Holly Inn was Pinehurst’s first hotel, located in the heart of Pinehurst Village. Every one of their 82 rooms are uniquely decorated with botanical prints and images. Their dining options include the intimate 1895 Grille specializing in Carolina farm to table, as well as The Tavern, which offers quality pub fare. The Tavern’s centerpiece is the hand-carved antique bar brought directly from Scotland.
