Saunton Golf Club South England |
Of the 36 holes here, the East Course is the championship course and has been
said by many to be of Open Championship calibre. Situated on the beautiful North
Devon coast, between Saunton Sands and the Taw & Torridge estuary.
The club
was originally formed in the 1890s and developed into an 18 hole course by Herbert
Fowler in 1919.
A traditional links requiring a tremendous number of strategic
