Estoril Golf Course North Portugal

A pretty course, not overly long, with a charming clubhouse and strong golfing tradition. One of the oldest courses in the country. Estoril golf resort hosted the Portuguese Open between 1953 and 1972. Tight fairways set amongst eucalyptus, pine and mimosa trees and small greens demand accuracy rather than length. Designed by Mackenzie Ross of Turnberry Ailsa fame.
