Only
40 minutes from Londonderry in Northern
Ireland, the Ballyliffin golf course offers
two excellent and contrasting courses: the
classic Old Links (opened for play in 1948)
and the newer Glashedy Links (only opened
in 1995). The most northerly golfing courses
in Ireland, situated in a sparsely-populated
part of the country but not terribly difficult
to reach and certainly worth the effort.
The Magilligan to Greencastle ferry even
makes a day-trip from the Portrush area very
do-able. Call Adventures in Golf to book
your golfing vacation package to the Ballyliffin Old
golf club, North Ireland today. |
