Cabot Links

Ranked 75th best golf course in the world, and 2nd best in Canada. A Rod Whitman design, opened in 2012 to the public. Located on Cape Breton Island in Nova Scotia, overlooking the Gulf of St. Lawrence, this course is Canada’s first genuine links layout. The front nine plays considerably longer than back. With kindly proportioned fairways nestled in the sand dunes, one may think they are on the shores of Scotland, not Canada, halfway through the round.

A well-appointed contemporary golf lodge with views overlooking the Cabot Links course and Atlantic Ocean. Their modern rooms offer ocean views, some with private balconies. Their new 2- and 4-bedroom villas offer private lounge and kitchens with patios overlooking the Cabot Links course and ocean beyond. Dining options include a sleek restaurant offers locally sourced ingredients, a sophisticated bar, and a pub with pub fare and local craft beers.
